Foul4.com Returns Policy
You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that you contact us with details of your purchase and the reasons for your return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 7 days.
Shipping
Free delivery applies to some of the products within the Foul4.com Online Store to Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe. For products with free delivery, standard post is used. Customers are advised to contact us if they wish to add a fully insured delivery service, i.e. a courier service, to their order.
Whilst Foul4.com makes every effort to ensure a safe delivery of products we send to our customers, we cannot be held reponsible for goods that are lost in the post. We will however, endeavour to reclaim the cost of purchase or offer you as our customer a reasonable solution, for example, a reduced price on a replacement product.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We advise you to contact us for international shipping quotes prior to placing your order.
Foul4.com cannot be held responsible for international import duties charged after you have received your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
